Zvonimir doesn’t represent the things he paints, he lives them. He is more interested in suggesting, in creating attention that moves the spirit. Painting imaginary planets offers him the possibility of combining figurative painting and abstraction. His mind works within a closed space such as the planet with the freedom to express through somewhat random shapes and colors, an idealistic and aesthetic composition.
